The only issue was that I paid and tipped in advance, using a gift certificate and cash. After the massage, I was stopped at the door and asked for a tip, which surprised me since I had already paid. I explained the previous transaction, but the therapist mentioned she was new and then went on the phone, creating some communication barriers.
I hope she received her tip and was satisfied with it. She was an excellent massage therapist, and I wish for her to avoid making others feel uncomfortable or belittled after their sessions.

Lily was amazing, I went in for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and came out feeling literally like a million bucks. If I wasn't just visiting for the week I would come here to see her every week. We'll worth the price. Calming atmosphere. Very relaxing. Wonderful friendly customer service. Super clean environment. 10/10!
