We had a great experience! I was able to get an appointment scheduled the same day when other companies were barely even returning my phone calls. I felt Greg was very thorough and did a great job of explaining every step of the process. He was patient in answering all of my questions and made sure that I understood fully what was being explained. I'm beyond excited for the work to begin and thankful they were able to get us scheduled so quickly.
Start to finish of whole house carpet installation was a very good experience. The initial in home estimate was handled very well. The salesmen were professional and new their product well. The installers of the carpet did a great job. They were very considerate of my aged mother's many questions. Great experience overall and competitive pricing.
We are very pleased with the workmanship and service that we received from Empire. The job was completed by two people in 6 hours and it included moving the furniture. They carpeted 4 rooms and 4 flights of stairs, absolutely beautiful. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was not pushy in any way. We are very satisfied customers.
