I purchased 3 Roman Shades for my bedroom. The process was easy. A designer came to our home, listened to me regarding exactly what I was interested in and narrowed it down to one book. It was a simple, quick process. She said we would receive the shades in about 6 weeks. They came in as promised and someone came over to install them. I had a question after the installation and the service department answered my questions quickly and accurately. We bought patterned roller shades and cellular shades with Budget Blinds. Dana helped me from giving a free in home consultation till placing the order. She was very patient in showing me all the fabrics and patterns and helped in getting the right color for each window. The process was easy and our shades were installed as promised.
