Got there no one in waiting room my brother was taken to a waiting room where he sat for over an hour. Other people came and went before him with no major problems. Won't be going there again. If it's staff problems need to hire more.
In the past six months I’ve been here twice for myself and once for my six year old son…. I can confidently say that all three times were fast, professional, kind, and worked seamlessly with my insurance. Not sure what else you can ask for with healthcare! I think in a sea of healthcare disappointment… they are doing it right! Thank you Fort urgent care! Keep up the great work!
I have been here a few times lately, and every time has been a decent experience. The intake people could be a little more engaged, but other than that the rest of the staff are kind, helpful, caring, and happy to answer questions.
