“Outstanding performance by SCS! The project required taking up quite a bit of existing flooring in order to replace damaged & buckling LVP flooring planks on the other side of a room where my 557 pound grand piano sits. Other contractors said the piano must be moved out of the room. I said that cannot happen - I do not want anyone to try to lift that weight load out of the protective cups and roll it out of the room. Phil, Operations Manager, and Natalie, Administrative Assistant, were responsive and patient with my concerns - I never had to wait for an answer. Brent, SCS owner, inspected the damage and said we can do it. And they did. Project manager Conner and Technician Liam did a beautiful job, completed within 4 hours. You would never know.

“TDS did a phenomenal job restoring our 1920 home, including adding a room, a gorgeous deck, and a half bath. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. They consulted arborists on saving our cherished oak tree when building the deck. They put in five full days every week and got the job done on time, which is pretty unheard of. The respectful relationships they've built over the decades with subcontractors meant that very little time was lost to miscommunication. Again, fairly unheard of.
We were suitably impressed with TDS that we hired them two more times: to add a historically accurate and beautiful front porch to a 1909 rental property, and to create an efficient and beautiful finished space in the basement of our home.
When the time comes for our next project, TDS is the company we will go to first.“
