Dr. Rich at New Health Chiropractic has been my chiropractor for years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. Yesterday I was dealing with a terrible migraine, and he got me in right away. I felt relief almost immediately after my adjustment.
This isn’t the first time he’s helped me through a migraine, and his responsiveness and skill make such a difference. I’m so grateful to have a provider I can trust when I need help the most. Highly recommend!

Dr Rich and the staff are just amazing. I'm Going on 4 plus years of lower back pain, failed surgery, multiple failed injections and doctor visits... I finally found a place that listens and knows how to help. I went from a pain level of 10 to 7 just during the consultation. Dr Rich and Katlynn have truly given me my life back!! Pain levels are down and a program that works!! Highly recommend and honestly can't say enough great things about the place. Don't change a thing and I look forward to less pain and my life back on track.

We were referred to Dr Merrion through a work friend. He and his whole team were just a pleasure to work with! They got us in right away, and were very efficient with their treatment! Their staff was excellent and very friendly, made us feel right at home! Just felt like we were in the best hands every visit! Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rich for about a year now. I had been dealing with neck and upper back pain/spasms for a while. Through an initial treatment plan of adjustments and exercises, and now through monthly maintenance, my back and neck have been just about pain-free ever since. More recently, I received a regenerative medicine injection and have gone through a series of laser therapy treatments to help treat epicondylitis (tennis elbow). So far, I’m happy with the results as it continues to heal over the next few months.
Highly recommend this chiropractic office for anyone in the Madison area. Dr. Rich, and the entire staff, are kind and knowledgeable. There is also never a shortage of stories to listen to and laugh at. You quite literally never know what direction a conversation is going to go in!

Rich and his team are simply life savers! They have always been flexible, especially given the last minute appointments I’ve needed when my back pops out and I can barely move.
