This woman, and the only woman that answers the phone (Trish), is so rude and unprofessional and I have never in my history of dealing with a professional ever heard anything like this. First, she never has any openings and you almost have to schedule a month out. It would seem like that is a good sign, but it isn't because her customer service skills suck. I purchased a Groupon shellac manicure a few months ago. I was finally able to get scheduled in May 2013, but then had a family emergency arise and missed my appointment.
