This is a review for the corporate branch or regional branch. I’m honestly pretty fair when it comes to reviews but I feel bad for the stylists there because they’re severely under staffed. You can clearly tell in the eyes of the stylists that they are overworked. Tips are one thing but being understaffed and working for long hours sucks. The stylists that cut my hair did a great job but again this is to get the attention of the regional branch that’s trying to cut costs. You can’t cut costs when it comes to manual labor so I’d suggest hiring more people because this is crazy to me that you have so many chairs inside but only a handful of stylists.

Great Clips found a real gem when they hired Marie! She is amazing! Her attention to detail, her sense of humor and just the right amount of conversation make my day every time. I've never been treated better and would recommend Marie to anyone!

There are two reasons that I have been going to this location for 5+ years. The first is Kayla who has been cutting my hair and my wife's hair. Not only is she one of the best stylists I've had, her disposition and personality is amazing. Since becoming a manager, she has done an incredible job with the McKee Rd location in Fitchburg by Target. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to go their.
