This is my go-to nail salon. I have strayed only a few times due to gifted services from friends, but I am never quite as happy so always come back to Glamour Nails. I am always pleased with the entire experience. I want to make a special comment that on a recent visit, my daughter had an issue with her manicure service that left her disappointed but Mason and Danny did such a great job of making things better for her. She was happy about how things turned out. Just another sign of a great business that cares about their customers. And this just ensures that we will keep coming back!! Thank you for making things right.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and Racist !!! I experienced the worst customer service at this place this morning so I made a review as I was waiting for my ride to come back. I sat inside because it's snowing. As I was minding my business another worker says "why are you still in here and you left us a review?? GET OUT before I throw you out" Literally all I could do was laugh. When I say I have NEVER experienced customer service like this before... it was the WORST. I'm glad I remained calm through the situation. Apparently reviews are all they care about so I'm just here to say DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. It was very UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. I made an appt and texted Stan that I would be running a little late (due to weather conditions) Stan confirmed that it was okay. He texted me and asked how far away I was. I told him 8 mins. When I arrived I asked him if he could add a specific piece of nail art on my nails and he said NO. I called another salon to ask would they be able to add nail art on and Stan instantly got mad saying "I'm refusing your service, I don't want to do your nails anymore" I then asked if there would be anybody else in the shop that could do my nails and no one responded. Worst customer service I've ever received. Please save your money and take your business elsewhere. It doesn't matter how good of a job someone does, if it comes with rudeness and racism it's not worth it.
