I have enjoyed all the yoga classes and the instructors have been great! Very friendly atmosphere and open to people of all ages! The studio is awesome and I have gained so much by practicing yoga!

This is a beautifully designed studio with warm and welcoming folks who make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. The 3 teachers meet everyone’s level of participation by offering lots of options and modifications. Everyone is made to feel at ease by the owner, Kim. I love the diversity of the classes and always feel healthier, afterward.

Such a welcoming studio, and truly a judgement-free zone for people practicing at any level. An added bonus is that it is by far the best value for your money of any yoga classes in the area!
