Renee is so knowledgeable and great at what she does! I had only done yoga a few times in the past and since my experience doing yoga at her studio it has completely changed my life and opinion of Yoga! Now my boyfriend even comes with me and it has completely helped his lower back pain and anxiety levels. Yoga has completely changed my life in regards to my anxiety and mental health. I am back and thrilled to be doing yoga again. My pace is slow but it will pick up. I love that Renee offers gentle yoga and a lot of classes. She is a true yogi and teaches the traditional practices. Renee is fun and funny. So glad her biz did not close after 2020. She will be stronger than ever, I can tell.
Love the people here. I just meet them at the festival & purchased some jewelry that was handmade & clothing as well. If I move to Delavan, I would definitely take Yoga here!
