This was my 1st time calling about a thermostat problem. I spoke with the owner Mike who was really nice. The next morning he sent over his HVAC guy Chuck. He was polite, patient and answered all of my questions. I'll be calling you guys for all my future needs!

Absolutely amazing customer service!! I had guests staying in my vacation rental. Unfortunately, I had a faulty hot water heater. When I called Mike, he was able to get me a brand new one and installed the next day!!! He is polite and friendly and I wasn’t worried at all about him going to do the work while I wasn’t there. Highly recommend! Very professional and also personally handles everything amazingly! He also installed HVAC units in my other condos. 5 Stars!!!

Our air conditioner stopped working, and with a hot weekend coming up, and a newborn it was important to us that it was fixed in a timely manner. Mike was able to come over with less than 24 hours notice to fix our air conditioner. He was dependable, professional and best of all, he got it working in about a half hour. We are so pleased with Lake Geneva Heating and Cooling and will definitely be return customers. Thank you Mike!
