I highly recommend Sensible PC Solutions. Joe was extremely accessible, started the job immediately, and updated me every step of the way. He offers free diagnostics, which is really great if you have no idea what is wrong with your device. It turned out that my Surface Pro 4 needed some serious surgery, and Joe went above and beyond to show me how to go about contacting Microsoft for help. If I have any more computer issues, I know who to call!
