I have used the wizards for years, they are very knowledable, honest & forthright. I am old & alot of times I am just off the kilter but they treat me like I am not so dumb just old. I cannot tell you how much they help me. Prices are very reasonable/ I cannot say enough about them other than you will not be sorry that you use them for whatever your needs are & they will not ROB YOU. JUST TREAT YOU WITH HELP. Janet
Entrusted James and his crew with my new PC build after I discovered my rtx 5080 was missing a power pin in the 12VHPWR(?) connector. He and his network managed to get the right parts, solder a new connector on, and as a courtesy, flash the BIOS, Windows 11, and run an overnight benchmark to stress the GPU (which came out trouble-free). I couldn't believe how reasonable the labor and testing was. Timing was not urgent but billed hours were seemingly few. James, you are my hero and that of many others. 🫡
All around great experience, replaced two hard-to-reach cooling fans on a laptop that I didn't want to risk trying to get at myself. Price very fair, courteous staff. Will be my go-to whenever I'm in town.
