Having dealt with weight issues most of my life, I decided to reach out to River Valley Weight loss, the coaches are amazing being knowledgeable and supportive, they taught me what foods to eat and recipes to follow, which are also amazing, this has been a game changer being down 75 pounds..Thank you River Valley!!
I have struggled with my weight for a long time. I was hesitant at first about reaching out to river valley weight loss but I read lots of amazing reviews and heard about it many times on radio station about how great of place it is.. I decided to take the plunge and made an appointment. Every one of the coaches there are so knowledgeable and so helpful answering any questions that I had. In 4 months I lost 50# and I feel amazing I have so much more energy plus I sleep so much better. It’s such a great feeling being able to fit in smaller size clothes.. I wish I would have done this sooner… Thank you ! ?
