I really appreciate the effort made by my therapists to not only improve my problem but to obtain complete relief from pain. It was easy to do the follow up at home as exercises were put on an app on my phone which were super easy to follow.
I am in my 70s and, as my doctor described it, I have significant arthritis in my right shoulder, so he referred me to Optimum Therapies. I am so happy that he did. My physical therapist, Linda Backus, worked on increasing my flexibility, range of motion, back strength, and even my posture. And with that came an amazing reduction in the amount of shoulder pain I had been experiencing. I can now do things pain free that I couldn’t do for quite a while before. The pain I sometimes have is because I am stubborn and try to do what I could do years ago, but it is much less than it had been. Kevan is an excellent therapist! I met with him four times for therapy on my right rear hip, which was replaced a few years ago. He is very thorough, asks good questions, and listens well. Beyond his skill and experience he's an even better person. I would recommend him to anyone!
