Obviously you never WANT to be at the emergency vet. I was most definitely anxious and very, very irritated, yet everyone was still very patient and kind. I specifically want to say that Dr. Valerie is an angel. Her energy was so extremely calming, she was exactly the person we needed in that moment. I couldn't possibly come up with the right words to describe how wonderful she is. I just want to say THANK YOU!

This is the best clinic in the Eau Claire area! So many great technicians, doctors, and assistants who relentlessly care for your pets as if they were their own. Dr. Bull, Dr. Landorff, Dr. Watson, Dr Leavitt, and Dr. Lokken are some of the best Doctors this side of the Mississippi! The front staff is always so caring and nice, I love seeing Kate every time I come in. I could not recommend this place enough for both routine care and emergency care.

Thank you all again, staff and vet for excellent care for our Tigger. We had Ruby there and excellent care and we noticed one of our other cats not feeling well and took Tigger to and amazing and Thank you again..
