“Spectacular experience! This was my first time visiting. I’ve tried a lot of nail salons in Eau Claire, and I had taken a break from getting them done because I was tired of being disappointed. It was a clean and quiet salon. Lunai greeted me at the door and helped pick out the perfect color to match the inspo picture I had. She had great attention to detail when doing my gel manicure. I feel very confident this manicure will hold up. I’ll definitely be returning. Very reasonable prices too.

Requested style: I was able to share my nail idea with my nail tech when I booked online so she had an idea of what I was looking for before I arrived.

“I was a walk-in client. They gave me an accurate wait time and were ready for me right around the time they said they would be. I believe Kevin did my nails, he did an excellent job - I have thin nails which he noticed and was careful about. Not once did I feel any discomfort or sensitivity as he was using the rotary tool. Overall happy with the result and the experience!“

“I would like to start by saying that the set of nails that I got did turn out beautiful. I would like to add that I was not pleased with the attitude of the person that did my nails. I said several times to the very kind man that answered the phone when I called to see if they had an appointment available and the technician that did my nails that it was my first time ever having my nails done, and despite that the technician seemed very annoyed with my body language. Telling me several times to relax my shoulders, to not hold my hands the way that I was, to not move my fingers like I was, and then with an irritated tone told me to just watch TV and not pay attention to him. I did not personally think that I was doing anything with my hands or shoulders, I was trying to be as relaxed as possible. I also tried to do the things that he was asking me to do while he was doing my nails, I was by no means trying to not do things that were helpful for him. It ended up being a very awkward situation for me where I basically felt like I was being put in the corner but also paying for a service. I would likely will not come back to this place because of that and if I choose to have my nails done again after this I will be going somewhere where I will feel more comfortable paying someone for a service and treated like a customer rather than a child. I don't need to be spoiled or catered to but feel like in any service industry job where you are caring for someone else they do deserve your respect and I do not feel like I received that. I was just treated like money and then sent off.“
