“I called ahead and made 2 appointments, My friend and I went here for the first time together. We both wanted Manis with gel polish. We drove 35 minutes away. We arrived well before our scheduled appointment times. We were greeted with a hello can I help you? We told her we had a 3:30 appointment. She prompted us to pick a color. We waited around for about 15 minutes. Then they put us in chairs and again we waited it's now past 4 we had an event to go to at 6. We were seated apart at first then they moved us to sit next to each other which was nice. It's now 4:30 before they even started. The nail techs were very friendly. Did a great job with our nails and gave us exactly what we wanted. The price was great. The atmosphere was calm and clean. However we never left the salon until 5:50. My only negative for the owners or schedulers would be People make appointments for a reason so we don't have to wait around for hours to get our nails done. If you can't fit scheduled people in before walk ins don't take walk-ins around that time. Or make the walk-ins wait. It's not fair to those of us who called ahead. We will return but will asked that we get in at our scheduled time.“

“Overall, my experience was nice. The man who did my pedicure was great, I was super relaxed and my nails came out beautifully. The downside was the man that spoke to me first. The unnecessary jokes made me uncomfortable and asking to cut my hair?? Anyway, just a heads up, they charge a $1.50 fee for anything other than cash.“
