My V.E.R.Y. special needs son loves working with the instructors, the black belts are extremely helpful in helping ALL the students learn, it doesn't matter your level everyone takes turns leading warm-up stretches, not only is it personal wellness of mind & body challenging self to be more/better but they work together as a team to help someone else get a move or understand how to do more/better! Karate American offers great, professional instruction. They try to push you to excel, but at your own pace. After attending my first kickboxing class, I will most definitely be back
