I was able to get in last minute for a pressing and steaming for a wedding. They were very kind and accommodating and I am super grateful for how quick and painless the whole process was. I was in and out and on my way to the wedding rehearsal in two hours, suit, pants, shirt, and vest all perfectly pressed and steamed. I will be using their services again the next time I need anything they offer.

I had bought ties for the groomsmen and ushers in my wedding months ago, problem was I did not take them out of the packaging until a few days before the wedding. Go figure they were incredibly wrinkled. I called Gilbertson's and explained my situation, they had the ties done in the 10 minutes I was there. Super friendly and kind owner. Couldn't be happier and the ties look great

Our dog chewed our daughter’s favorite teddy bear and Missy was happy to take on the project. She rebuilt the damaged part and replaced it with a special order material. It looks better than new! She even re-stuffed the bear and cleaned him! We couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much for your awesome customer service!
