We are new to the area and needed to have our fireplaces, furnace and AC serviced. Wow, are we glad we called Erv Smith Country Home Inc., who was recommended to us for our needs. Everyone we have dealt with, from Lisa and Theresa, in the administrative end, to our service technician, Matt has been exceptionally customer service oriented. All are organized and efficient.
Matt, our service technician, was outstanding! He serviced and got both fireplaces operating again and did the maintenance on our furnace. He, aside from his technical expertise, answered our questions and was kind and thorough.

Erv Smith Services were fantastic to work with. Gavin was incredibly informative, providing detailed quotes and information for our new furnace and A/C. I appreciated his honesty during our conversations and never felt like I was being unnecessarily upsold. The installers, Jeff and Stevie, did a top-notch quality job. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they treated the installation as if it were their own home, never rushing to finish. They were patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. Great service! All the way from estimate to completion, top notch! Gavin was great to deal with during the estimate process and getting service setup. Having Cole, Scott, and Ethan here for the service was a delight; friendly, thorough, and helpful from start to finish. Five stars for sure!!
