I have been going to Eau Claire Body Care for the past few years. Molly and her team are all so friendly and professional. I was very intimidated by the thought of my own aesthetic journey; however, they eased any anxieties I had and answered all my questions. They provided such great insight into not only my skincare routine, but also how my diet and health can affect my skin care. I will forever be grateful for the wonderful experiences and highly encourage anyone considering this to give them a try! They offer a variety of services and are happy to help you find what works best for you!

If there was an option to put negative stars, I would. Just know that they will continue to charge you and tell you that you should get results soon, but you never actually get the results that they promise. I had laser hair removal done. I had been going for almost 3 years. I never got the results that were promised or advertised when I had initially had the consult. You will also have the potential to be shuffled between many different providers is very high. For a very private or invasive procedure, It’s always nice to have the same provider. This is not what you will get here and you’ll find that many of their employees leave without any explanation And many times they do not indicate that you will have a different provider. The next time that you come in, it will be like a surprise… Like oh yeah, we don’t have that provider here anymore, we will just put you with this other provider. These laser treatments are very expensive. They are not cheap. And although it may have the appearance of them giving you a deal, trust me, when I say you’ll be paying long after those complementary sale Prices in long after they promise, you should see results. Also know that your hair will grow back it may not grow back as quickly or a thick as it was before, but it will still grow back. Also, when you do have a complaint, they are very dismissive of your concerns and will actually go as far to make it seem like you are the issue as opposed to address your concerns. As a consumer, you should think twice before doing business with this business.******my response* And Based on this Companies response, they will make up baseless allegations that are not true in order to not refund customers their money, Which, after being falsely accused, The only thing I wanted was a refund of the money. I already prepaid for a session that I never got. And they are just proving my point and the fact that they’re willing to put out any personal information of clients online (pretty sure that violates any HIPAA laws???) of their session-well that should tell you everything you need to know—-and let me take the time to address what you’ve actually said I’ve never actually expressed hate or anything that you’ve actually noted there. I actually expressed concern for the fact that you had not followed through with what you had promised there’s a difference but since you decided that you did not want to address those concerns, you instead decided to falsely accuse me of things that never actually occurred like for example telling me that I threw papers at somebody in your office when you do everything digitally. With regards to being prepared, that was actually something that my provider and I decided together and she said it was fine, but I’m betting that that’s not documented either. and I have also yet to receive the refund on the session that I prepaid… So be careful about doing business with this particular business being that you have to buy in packages you’re probably not gonna get your money back if the owner doesn’t like what you have to say and if you have any concerns, they’re gonna make you the problem so that they don’t have to refund your money*****

Very clean and professional atmosphere. Staff are energetic and friendly. They truly want you to look and feel your best.

I only utilized them for a consult. Visit was good. I haven’t committed to the service yet as it’s pretty pricey and I want to make sure I want to do that. I gave it 4 stars because the information I had for the consult is basically the same as the website. 40.00 for 6 minutes of info seems ridiculous. But if you spend the 1200.00, you can get that waived… doesn’t make sense. Can’t speak to the services yet as I haven’t done them.
