First, google maps took me to the Beauty ROOM and not the beauty bar. Once I realized I was in the wrong place, I drove to the correct place and started walking around. Literally SO difficult to find as it’s an unmarked door. (Pic for reference) Once I found it, the door was locked and no one answered when I knocked. To be fair, I was roughly 15 minutes late after going to the wrong place and stopping into multiple businesses nearby to ask where this place was. (None of the surrounding businesses knew about this place).The phone number listed on google doesn’t connect. Won’t be rebooking here.

I booked an appointment but when I got there, 10 minutes early, the doors were locked. I called and it ended immediately. Pretty sure they locked up and left before I got there. There is also no signage so it was hard to find.

Flannery is the only one I will ever trust to do my eyebrows! I’ve had bad experiences with other people in the past so I was very hesitant to try having someone do it again, but she exceeded all of my expectations. She always takes her time and pays close attention to detail. She also went out of her way to ask me about a booking that I accidentally made at the wrong time and worked to squeeze me in after my other appointment. I cannot recommend her enough!

Couldn't even FIND the place! Called, returned messages to the number that text me saying I was a 'no show' and then she was NOTHING but RUDE!! I even stopped into Grand Avenue Cafe and they sent me to a place on S Barstow. Well, we now know how they treat customers, I've already booked with them. Not a shady place that you can't find and then get super RUDE messages from.

I'll pay the $90 any day for the amount of relaxation I experienced here. Honest to God, it felt like a massage for my eyelashes. Fell asleep for an hour and felt like bliss. Can't wait to go back.

I made an appointment for 12 pm on a Friday. Firstly I used GPS to find the place. There is no way to know you're there unless you check every door and look in windows. It wasn't until I saw the name on the mailbox in the small doorway I knew I was there. I called 10 minutes ahead of time to even make sure I was in the right place. I tried to open the door to go in, but it was locked. I was still 5 minutes early, so I waited until 15 after 12. I double checked my email and my phone voice mail but I didn't get anything saying my appointment was canceled. No one ever showed up. I will not return my business to this place. Why wouldn't someone at least reschedule or cancel. Truly a joke.Service: Brow lamination

Flannery always does an absolutely beautiful job on my lash extensions every single time! She has also laminated and tinted my brows as well as lifted and tinted my lashes- both ending with stunning results! All of these services have been game changers for my morning makeup routine! She is always educating herself on new techniques and services! Flannery is very professional, responsive and just all around fun to be around with great conversation! She’s just a wonderful human. She has a gorgeous location on downtown Eau Claire with on site parking! I highly recommend Eau Claire Beauty Bar and Flannery!Service: Eyelash extensions
