I brought my dog to Ark animal hospital due to my older dog having issues with itching. They were very patient with my temperamental dog and treated him very kindly. I also had my toddler with me and the receptionist was so sweet and brought my daughter some highlighters and pictures to color with while we waited for the test. I will be going to this vet clinic from here on out. I am more than happy with my experience and highly recommend Ark animal hospital.

I had a great experience bringing my dog Ryker in for his visit. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to make sure Ryker felt comfortable, and it really showed he was calm and at ease the whole time. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they work with. Highly recommend!

Follow up: I have decided to switch different vets so I contacted the veterinarian at 1:07 today and spoke with a woman named autumn. She told me she will email me the paperwork so I gave them my email. Unfortunately they didn’t send them so I messaged their number. (Linked below) they sent me wrong files. So I tried calling them to correct it. It appears they blocked my number. So I decided to call on another phone. Zack pick up. So I tell them I got sent the wrong files, he was nice and told me he will figure out why it wasn’t the right files. I was then transferred to a woman named Anna and she told me that the files were sent them over & argued with me about the files. When I stated I didn’t get my cat’s files. Then I asked her about why my number seems to not go thru, she states I’m harassing them & that they blocked my number. I’m only asking for my files. Anna also inform me that my review is incorrect. And that she is going to charge me with defamation. All I wanted was my files that are legally mine. My review below is what the didn’t enjoy.
I decided to go here after switching vets for my cats. I have ran into many issues with the veterinarians & the owner dr Pete. I've been with them for a year at most.After bringing my cat pepper jack home from his neutering, he was displaying clear signs of pain and discomfort & he was limping. My older cat ravioli didn't show those signs when I got him neutered. Upon examining him, I discovered that one of his nails had been completely pulled out. The area was red, bleeding, and appeared at risk of infection. (looks like they tried to declaw him... ) This injury was not present prior to the procedure and occurred while my cat was under the clinic's care since they asked if they can trim his nails since he will be out for a bit... of course I say yes because I know how easy it is to clip their nails (I've never had any problems doing myself & I've never cut it too short..) I immediately contacted the clinic to report the injury. Rather than taking responsibility for the harm caused, I was informed that I would be expected to pay for medication to treat the injury, despite it resulting from their handling of my cat. So I asked to speak to dr. Pete. Because he is the owner. Dia he contact me??? NOPE. Never returned my call. A nail being completely removed is a serious and painful injury and indicates improper handling. I believe this reflects a failure to meet the standard of care and raises concern for the safety of other animals treated at this facility. I wouldn’t recommend putting your money here. Go to another veterinary clinic that will actually care about your pets & know what they are doing when it comes to their job!

Dr. Morrow and his team are excellent! Been going to the Ark for the last 24 years. And Smudge is the best office kitty next to the late Cheeto. :)

Excellent customer service, staff communication and treatment plan. We called with concern for our dog and their flexibility of their schedule was outstanding. Very compassionate staff. Great experience and our dog is on the mend! Thank you, Ark Animal Hospital!

Great, affordable care for our pets. The doctor and staff seem to genuinely care about the well-being of our dog and cat. They don't overcharge for services and medication, which helps a lot. The staff is friendly and the doctor does a good job explaining things. Thank you!

Horrible pathetic place of a vet. Zero empathy and will refuse to give medical records after they sent home my dog who was insanely ill after a procedure. Proceed to not give my family my dogs medical records and have blocked phone numbers so we can’t request them. I’m sure they will have a nice snarky comment under this like the other reviews have since they can’t take accountability along with one of there staff members Anna who followed my mom grieving her animal out to her car recording her. I guess this will just be taken to the better business bureau

Jeff and his staff were amazing! I had total trust in them. I just called a few weeks back to inquire about services and costs. The woman who answered was rude and had all she could do to answer my questions. She said they don't have estimates over the phone. I will never use them for veterinary services! My last appointment with Dr. Jeff was in February of 2016 when I brought my deceased cat to him on a Sunday afternoon. He met me at the Ark a few hours later so I could spend time with my cat before dropping her off for cremation. He was So compassionate! I recently ran into a past Ark employee who said things were not good there under new ownership. The rudeness of the employee who I talked to on the phone does not set well with me! I can't imagine bringing my pet to you for care when I can't get past the first phone call! Some things change over the years but customer service is not one of those!
