Setting up took a long time. I ended up calling twice and getting two return calls from customer service. They immediately helped, but I wish they would’ve simply set the machine up properly to begin with.
It is taking a long time for her to get used to the machine she at least keeps it on for four hours a night and takes it off in her sleep and she doesn’t know how I think the mask. The face mask is uncomfortable for her. Any suggestions would be great thank you.
