The groomers were fantastic! They always take great care of my dogs. All 5 of them. Each have different coats and personalities. They were amazing!!

Don’t waste your money on a membership for self service washes. River Prairie location doesn’t even dispense enough soap, conditioner or deodorizer to get a good lather. All locations in Eau Claire seem to have a problem connecting when trying to use a member wash but connect just fine if you buy a normal wash for $15. They have offered to refund me in credit but the credit is absolutely worthless when you don’t even use up your monthly washes included in the membership. With the amount of time and money you’ll waste with this service you might as well take your dog to be professionally groomed.

We brought our dog to the River Prairie location in Altoona, WI and were extremely disappointed. The shampoo and other treatments are dispensed from the hose. When we started dispensing shampoo, there were absolutely no suds. The “conditioner” felt the same as water. None of the products had a scent. I will not be returning.
