This team truly cares for each of the animals and when I see how happy my dogs are arriving I know they are being cared for. Amazing service and people!“

2448 Brooks Dr, Sun Prairie“We have three dogs and one cat that have gone to Prairie Paws a few times now. They have taken excellent care of all of them!
Dogs come home happy and tired.
One of our dogs is a stereotyped breed. The staff just ensured she was good with other animals instead of automatically saying no to watching her.
Pricing is very fair. They allowed our three dogs to stay together.
We will be back and highly recommend this place !“

5720 Levitan Ln, Madison“Great results! Very happy I went with Focused Dog for training. Jayson gave me the tools and knowledge to handle Perla, my very leash reactive rescue dog. Gaining confidence with how to navigate thru those situations was such a relief. And consistency is everything. I keep up on training and commands everyday so Perla doesn't get complacent. And remembers who is in charge!
The day I dropped her off Jayson said just you watch, her and I are going to be bff's pretty quickly. I laughed and said sure, ok. She was very fearful of everyone and I thought particularly with men. She wouldn't go near him. 2 days later she's sitting on his lap and chest. What is happening?! Again a great experience with positive outcomes. Highly recommend!“

2855 Capitol Dr, Sun Prairie“I have a 7.5 lb 8mo Pomeranian and I enrolled him in the Teacher's Pet Program here. This is hands down the BEST thing I ever did for his socialization skills (and to help with some me time as I WFH). I was very pleased to see he had to do a full day behavioral assessment before enrolling. I got a plan for things they would work on with him training wise, which I was also so excited to hear that he would get some training and napping time in throughout the day. So not only lots of play time, but a lot of down town to help rest and reset, since puppies need a lot of sleep. Nicole and her staff are very responsive and you can tell every single person that works there loves dogs! My pup goes 3x a week and he comes back so calm, and that even carries over into the next day. The minute we arrive he is so excited and once we get through the entrance doors and I hand him over to the greeter, he happily runs straight to the back- not even sad that I'm leaving lol (a very good sign he loves it there). If we ever move out of the area, I will be DEVASTATED to have to leave Lucky Dog Daycare. Truly cannot say enough great things about this place :)“

1050 Lillian St #100, Waunakee“Part I Standard Administrative Items: Everything is very clear on what is needed to get enrolled for the three trial days before my dog Griffin was officially setup in a group & day that matched his play style. Communication is always extremely prompt whenever I reach out with questions and during pick up/drop off there’s at minimum always feedback about how the day went. I also really appreciate that if there is anything to work on they let you know and also let you know what their gameplan is moving forward or what homework you also need to be doing. i.e. when you have a puppy who doesn’t know how to remove themselves from play when they get tired, and so the team just sees that behavior and know to give your doggo more breaks/naps throughout their stay before they get overstimulated. Which is an example I can provide that really highlights how Zen really caters to your dog’s specific needs and are extremely helpful to help you traverse through everything as well. (Which I really appreciate since Griffin is my first dog as an adult.)
In short, I really have enjoyed the whole experience so far and really appreciate the professionalism and thoughtfulness that they have provided. Even the small things like for the first day drop off being given the trip to show up just a bit later than 7am to allow for a less chaotic handoff and a bit extra time for the handoff. It’s a small thing but idk a head’s up like that just makes everyone’s life easier. Also, really appreciate that they work with the dogs to encourage good behavior, there are things that I have worked on with Griffin at home (like “sit,” “leave it,” “wait”) that I have noticed after a day at Zen are dramatically improved on.
Part II The Cheese: I am eternally grateful that I have found a place that provides the services that they do (socialization, activities, training, kindness, etc) and are realistically priced. My wish for Griffin is to live a life filled with love and fulfillment. From the moment I met him I knew he just wants to make friends with everyone and so again, I’m grateful a place as warm and inviting as Zen Dogs exists so that they all can help me with my wish for him. (haha sorry I’m a cheeseball but it’s true )
Everyone I have met and spoken to at Zen Dogs has been amazing and really passionate about the community that they have built there. Griffin has had daycare at Zen for a couple months now and I look forward to keeping this incorporated throughout his life.
Thank you!

“Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs. They always come home tired out and happy. Scheduling, drop off, pick up, prices and whole experience has been positive since starting with Paradise Paws a few months ago.“
