Fantastic facilities. Very clean and lots of things for your dog to do here. The staff are very friendly and seem to truly care about the dogs. Everything here is first class. It's not the cheapest doggie daycare around, but you get what you pay for.
Part I Standard Administrative Items: Everything is very clear on what is needed to get enrolled for the three trial days before my dog Griffin was officially setup in a group & day that matched his play style. Communication is always extremely prompt whenever I reach out with questions and during pick up/drop off there’s at minimum always feedback about how the day went. I've been taking my dog to daycare at Zen for a few months now and it's been nothing short of incredible. The staff is so kind and clearly takes very good care of the dogs they are entrusted with. Can't give a recommendation high enough.
