Part I Standard Administrative Items: Everything is very clear on what is needed to get enrolled for the three trial days before my dog Griffin was officially setup in a group & day that matched his play style. Communication is always extremely prompt whenever I reach out with questions and during pick up/drop off there’s at minimum always feedback about how the day went. I've been taking my dog to daycare at Zen for a few months now and it's been nothing short of incredible. The staff is so kind and clearly takes very good care of the dogs they are entrusted with. Can't give a recommendation high enough.
It is tough to summarize what makes Zen so wonderful and special. The best place to start is the people. The owners and staff truly love what they do. They work with a large variety of breeds and personalities. They are familiar with dog behavior and know how to read the animal’s body language.
Drop off and pick up are handled efficiently along with kindness and humor. The staff to dog ratio in the play areas is excellent. The personnel are well trained to manage the pups under their supervision.
