This has been my first PT experience with TDPT, and I must say that Jess has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. From the beginning of my treatment for the day until the end, she was fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable, knew what was going on, and was extremely supportive of me. Never once did I feel rushed or like I made the wrong decision in where I chose to do business and I am very excited to come back and be treated with great respect by Jess and the other staff. Jess even went as far as calling me to remind of my appointment and ensure I wasn’t late. Truly impeccable employees.

This was my 1st time ever having physical therapy and this place made me feel so comfortable. From setting the appointment to the knowledge of the staff and their kindness, my experience was amazing! I can say they we’re all so sweet and the receptionist jess always made me feel so welcome well coming to my appointment, I love her attitude and she was so professional. Thank you to all the staff, I can say from having my last appointment I came out feeling better and knowing what I can do to improve myself on my own.

I injured my back in 2021 and after jumping through a million insurance hoops, found the amazing staff at Thera Dynamics who actually listened to me and BELIEVED me. They are all a breath of fresh air in the medical world here in Milwaukee when I was incredibly frustrated with doctors and insurance.I keep coming back years later to get dry needling from Dom who has been a life saver. Every single staff member greets me and we are all on a first name basis.Jess at reception has gone FAR above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of, comfortable, happy, and that I get appointments that work for my schedule.
