I was in the process of purchasing a home that needed to have professional quotes on all the defects that came back on the inspection report to be able to contest the selling price. Oyen came out the day after I called and got the to me right after. Super knowledgeable and willing to do the right thing and not take short cuts. I greatly appreciate their flexibility especially when I had such a short turn around time on needing the quotes by. Couldn't recommend them enough. Sadly I won't be able to move forward with the purchase and using Oyen as I was unable to reach an agreement with the sellers reducing the list price or hiring Oyen to do the work. The sellers wanted to use someone else as the contractor who came back cheaper and didn't offer a long term solution but rather just one that made it no longer a defect.“
