“We have had Birch Heating and Cooling to our home many times for service when we had problems. All their employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Work is always completed in a reasonable amount of time. This last time was no different. Our water heater sprung a big leak in the businesses' after hours. I immediately called the # for after hours and Jacob answered the phone. He was very helpful and very friendly and started up an order for someone to call us the next day. From what we described to him, he thought we would have to get a new unit. He offered to come out and access the situation but gave us a heads up that if we needed a new heater, he wouldn't be able to start on that then. So when he offered to get an order started we opted to go that way. We appreciated Jacobs honesty.

So the next morning I called Birch and spoke with Nikki. She was very friendly and helpful and lined up Cody to come assess the problem. Cody came and right away he knew we would have to get a new one. We have had Cody several times before this and he is always so friendly and very knowledgeable.

Monday morning a very friendly Kayla contacted us and said Shawn and Dillon would be there about 1:30 to install a new one. They were actually a little early and they too were just so nice and knew exactly what they were doing and were done very quickly.

So Thanks again Birch for prompt service from a very friendly, knowledgeable and caring team.
