I received an email response within an hour and by the next day, we had a scheduled visit. Travis was friendly and knowledgeable, answering my questions and taking the time to explain the needed repair.
We had been waiting for a replacement AC unit from another company all summer (was told in June it could be a month or so before it would arrive, never heard back). When I asked Travis about one, he was able to order the unit and get it installed within the week!
