Furnace quit working in the middle of the night and woke up to a freezing house! Called at 4:45am and he called back almost instantly. Said he’d be here between 7:30am and 8am, and was right on time! Tom was able to diagnose what was wrong in less than 10 seconds and had our furnace fixed and up and running within an hour. Very kind and knowledgeable man.

We reached out to Tom's heating via webpage and received a response that evening. Tom came out the next day to provide estimate for a full AC install.
Price was great and Tom was accommodating to the other work going on at our house. He came the evening before install to drop off all needed equipment as we anticipated a full work crew the next day. Tom also insisted on getting our AC installed the day before a huge heat wave. Thank you Tom.
We will be utilizing his services for a garage heater install and air quality install.
