I have been at Pulse for a few years now. I have worked with both Holly and Oscar. I love that they make a program that caters to the individual’s needs. They have worked with me through injuries and surgeries, being careful with recovery but also knowing that I want to push myself to become stronger and reach my goals. I love the flexibility in scheduling, the consistency, and always seeing their smiling faces when I go in. They truly care about everyone that walks through the door, and their main goal is to help you feel your best.

I have been training with Holly at Pulse 4 Health for over 1 year. To say she has been a life changer for me is an understatement! I am the heathiest I've been in many years, both physically and mentally. I would recommend Pulse 4 Health to anyone and have brought family members to her already. She is part of my new life journey.

I have been a client since Pulse opened. Now in my 60's, I can attest to the strength, balance, stamina and general well being that I harvest from this relationship. Holly is a master of creative and functional exercises, her eagle eye helps me to correct bad postural habits or compensations. When I have had an injury her diagnosis has been extremely accurate and the exercises she designs are restorative. She met me outside in a park during the Covid peak and we used trees and park benches for equipment! Now Oscar has joined the crew and his optimism, energy, creativity and drive have helped me reach new heights. This place is good for anyone at any level. I love Pulse.
