I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this outstanding company. My family and I moved to the area about a year and a half ago, and I was initially hesitant when I called to inquire about their annual maintenance plan for our furnace and air conditioning system. Looking back, signing up was one of the best decisions we made.
The level of service has been exceptional from day one. This company operates with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for its customers. We had to have the gas shut off valve replaced on our gas hot water heater. When we called, the receptionist immediately scheduled someone to come to our house. Dakota arrived and checked to make sure we needed to replace that part. He quickly replaced it, and checked to make sure our problem was resolved. We appreciate the quick service.
Flock’s, specifically Levi, came out to inspect my furnace after another company had told me I needed it replaced. Levi took his time and inspected the furnace from top to bottom discovering the issue to be the gas regulator on the outside of the house. He left me a detailed paper to give to the gas men and then came back to talk to them when they had questions. He really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Flock’s to anyone looking for service. They are honest, detailed, and thorough in their work. I really appreciated Levi and the work he did.
