Ken (the owner) and his right hand man Anthony installed a Vermont Casting, free standing fireplace for us. We purchased it used online and most HVAC businesses won’t consider working on equipment that they didn’t sell. However, 1st Call had no problem with that. Fantastic work. Doug, Brian, and Levi were wonderful to work with on the phone and in person. They were always here in a timely manner, worked quickly and effectively, and were able to communicate what was going on in a way I understood. Not sure how their cost compared to others, but I absolutely felt like the service I received was worth the cost.
