Jason was so thorough and knowledgeable during the inspection and in his report. He answered every question I had, and even some I hadn’t thought of, during the 4+ hours he was inspecting the house. Definitely going to recommend him to anyone looking to get a home inspection.

Jason provided a thorough inspection siting multiple problems with a property I had put in offer for. Had I not sought out his expertise, I would’ve been left with a money pit.In regards to any negative reviews for Jason, keep in mind they are coming from the sellers. His job is to provide a complete, accurate inspection so that a buyer isn’t stuck with a property that is failing and will cost an exorbitant amount of money in the future.I will continue to use him in my search for a home. I highly recommend him to every homebuyer!!!

Jason did an amazing job! He caught a pretty serious roof leak that previous inspectors had missed/hadn't mentioned to the sellers. Because of this and the way that he wrote the report (connected other issues to roof as well), we were able to negotiate a new roof prior to closing! This guy knows his stuff and was incredibly efficient and detail oriented. We had our report emailed to us by 6am the next day. We will definitely be recommending him and using him for any future home inspections.
