We had John come out for an inspection on a home we were looking to purchase, we had concerns about a roof which we communicated with him ahead of time. John was very thorough walked the roof, and used a drone for hard to reach places. He was quick with turning around the inspection report which was detailed. He also provided a home maintenance guide which has proven to be helpful! A pleasure to work with and very responsive
John did an absolutely fantastic job and would definitely recommend. He was very thorough, detail oriented, informative, and professional. He was very flexible in his schedule which made it much easier, especially in this crazy housing market.
