The service provided by SimpliHome in cleaning the furnace ducts in my home was impressive. Patrick was quite thorough and professional in assessing the layout of the heating and return ducting in my home. He then proceeded to utilize his specialized equipment to perform the cleaning procedures with excellent results. His conduct, while in my home, was professional and yet friendly. As confirmation of his work, Patrick provided photos of the duct interiors before his cleaning and afterword. We hired SimpliHome to clean out our air ducts in our New Berlin home. They did a great job explaining the process from beginning to end. They even took a cool video showing all the debris being sucked into their vacuum. Really fascinating!
