We recently had J&N Heating replace the furnace in our house and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. The whole crew has been great to work with from start to finish. They have been very quick to respond to all communication throughout the process. They provided a nice clean new product and left a clean work space when they were finished. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks for a professional company to work with.

We came home on a Saturday afternoon and found our house to be 55° F on a recent stretch of subzero weather. I called J & N and explained we would be able to maintain this temperature and wait until the regular business hours on Monday. We rescheduled a Monday morning appointment.
I had other things to do at a big box store in Hudson and went there after scheduling with J & N. An HVAC company salesman from the competing big-box store immediately greeted us as we entered the store and asked about how our furnace was running. I kept walking but my wife shared our story. The guy's installed a new furnace yesterday. They did a great job, fast, courteous very polite, cleaned up as they went along. If I ever need anymore heating or cooling done I will call them first. I'm still amazed how fast it went. They came out Friday and Monday night I had the new furnace. It's incredible how they go above and beyond.
