He looked up Boldts' file on my HVAC to familiarize himself with my equipment and my issue before he even arrived for the appointment at my house! That's being proactive. That's being thorough. While at my house he took the time to explain to me, in detail, what he thought my issue might be and to advise me on the best next steps. Very impressive!
