Only company to answer phone on weekend for my emergency! I was not a customer, but I will be for life. The owner was professional and understanding, listened compassionately while I was panicking on the phone, he calmly helped me troubleshoot on a weekend while he was at the lake (I could hear his family in the background)! Luckily it was just a fuse and I was able to fix it myself NO CHARGE!He said they always help their customers on weekends in emergencies. They also get numerous calls from competitors customers who won’t answer on weekends. My holding tank was almost full due to a plugged pipe out to my drain field and water was leaking in the house. I called and told them the problem this morning and within 1/2 hr. Rick showed up and pumped the holding tank. He indicated I would need to have a water jet process where they insert a hose out from the holding tank with pressured water to break up the clogged pipe. I received a call from the office telling me someone would be at my home today to do the water jet. Again, within the hour here comes the truck w/water jet equipment.
