Highly recommend Shag & Wag. Our usual pet care options weren't available, and while our 9 year old shepherd mix is pretty well socialized, she'd never been boarded. We did a pre-board visit to see the facility and talk with Heather and both Heather and Dan spent a good amount of time answering questions and letting our dog check out the facility. Very astute observations about her behavior and initial anxiety in a new place with lots of new dog smells. She was a little nervous when we dropped her off, but we watched her transform in the next day as she got acclimated and Heather sent a steady stream of updates and videos. Excellent facilities, scheduling appointments is easy and painless, everyone here is pleasant to deal with. This is probably the best boarding experience we’ve ever had. As a veterinarian, I would recommend Shag N Wag to any of my clients without reservation.

Our lab, Ruby, started going to Shag & Wag for grooming and weekly daycare. Heather and Dan have been beyond awesome. During our recent vacation, Ruby stayed with them. She came home happy, tired, and groomed to perfection. I would highly recommend Shag & Wag! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
