Both Len and Rick were on sight to design proper placement of the tanks and ensure the design met all inspection requirements. “We went through 2 plumbers on a problem we were having at our business, with a pipe connecting to the city main. The second guy told us to call Howard Brothers. We left a message over a weekend and when we got a call back on Monday morning, they had already spoken to the last plumber and the city and had a plan. If the situation had been dire, I've no doubt they'd have been there Monday. When they arrived the next morning they started immediately. The job included digging up blacktop in the parking lot and the street and they were still finished by 2 the same day. Amazing customer service, amazingly courteous and talented workforce. Problem is solved and we can't recommend highly enough!“
