Very responsible company to deal with. Had a new septic system put in and they were here on time and had everything dug and put in within 4 1/2 hours. We were very impressed.

We went through 2 plumbers on a problem we were having at our business, with a pipe connecting to the city main. The second guy told us to call Howard Brothers. We left a message over a weekend and when we got a call back on Monday morning, they had already spoken to the last plumber and the city and had a plan. If the situation had been dire, I've no doubt they'd have been there Monday. When they arrived the next morning they started immediately. The job included digging up blacktop in the parking lot and the street and they were still finished by 2 the same day. Amazing customer service, amazingly courteous and talented workforce. I had several contractors over and I ultimately chose Howard Bros because of our estimator Randy. He was personable and always did what he said he would do. He went above and beyond to make sure our project, which had challanges, was taken care of. Tanner and Dan (I think I got the names right) were on our job for two days and were a couple of the hardest workers anywhere. They put in long days, always kept busy, and did an impressive job. The office staff were always friendly and available when we had questions. Thanks Howard Bros!
