“We had a pipe burst and John was at our place by 7:30 the next morning. He returned at 8am the following Monday to meet with our contractor and make a game-plan for repair and remodel. We’ve used Arnott on a few occasions and have always been impressed. Love Paul, the plumber too. But not nearly as much as our dog does. The Dude says thanks for all the treats, Paul!”
“The go to place for HVAC. Both technicians install a new system in one day. Professionalism was above reproach! Cleaned up the area and answered all questions. Don’t go anywhere else. Thank you for the AC it’s a HOT summer”
“We discovered Tim at TWS a few years ago when our furnace went out on a cold night. He came right away and even though we needed a new furnace he was able to get it going temporarily until he could get the new one installed. Called him again when our water heater was failing and again he did an outstanding job. We will continue to call on him for our plumbing and heating needs. Highly recommend TWS.”
