Kelk Land Improvement

My Wife and I had Kelk Land Improvement perform two large jobs at the same time at our home in Mercer. One was a major land excavation project in our backyard. The other was a Septic system installation. We could not be happier with the results of each project. Wayne and Ann were professional, hard-working, respectful, knowledgeable, and they kept every commitment made to us. We would use them again in a heartbeat and give them our highest recommendation. Outstanding!

Wayne helped us on the spur of the moment when our septic line froze a couple of winters ago--did it with speed and a smile. The big guys gave us a song and dance about why they couldn't get to us till Monday at the earliest, and with a litany of the rigmarole they would have to do. Not Wayne--he called us back within two hours (on Friday night) and said, "I'll be there at 9 tomorrow." And he was. He also had a MUCH simpler way of getting us back up and running, at minimal expense. Bravo for him. We later hired him to excavate and wrap the lines with insulation (which the original installer should have done). He did it quickly, efficiently, and left things looking great....read full review
