The builder was thoughtful, experienced, insightful, realistic, hard working, patient, understanding, flexible, and communicated well. He walked with us throughout the entire process. He followed up with us regularly make sure we were at ease. He still answers any questions regarding the build. This was the first house we built and when we build again, Mike will be our builder. Thanks to Mike and his team for making our dream home a reality.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of the Wausau Homes Appleton team. The panelized construction was a unique asset to the building process, and effectively sped up our timeline without compromising outstanding quality. From initial planning and throughout the entire building process, Mike and T.J. and Sandra stayed in constant communication with us, and ensured that there were no pricing surprises. Any design issues were creatively resolved, and the work was completed to exacting standards. Our family is delighted with our new home, and we highly recommend Wausau Homes Appleton for anyone considering a new build in the area.
