Built my home on Gosling Way, Menasha. Its in the Woodland hills Subdivision for quite a bit less than the other quotes . Very happy any negative reviews are from people with crazy expectations.
We purchased a new home from Troy. I thought his communication was great throughout the whole process. Still to this day, I have had random questions and he has responded very promptly. We did have a disagreement on something our inspector had said prior to closing to have fixed/updated, so we have decided to take care of this issue our self come spring. Otherwise I thought the process was smooth and love our home.
